Committee responsibilities

As guardian of the Joint Management Agreement the Co-Governance Committee will carry out the following duties:

• Review the effectiveness of the Joint Management Agreement in achieving its purpose;
• Discuss issues of interest to both parties;
• Undertake specific roles in relation to the individual Schedules including making recommendations to the Waikato Regional Council on preparation, change, variation or review of RMA planning documents; and
• Undertake any other tasks in accordance with this agreed Terms of Reference
