We are experiencing higher volumes of enquiries at the moment related to successive significant rainfall events in January and February. We are working hard to reply to these enquiries while at the same time planning and undertaking work to remove debris dams and blockages, and remediate impacted areas.

About this document

The purpose of this guideline is to assist Integrated Catchment Managment (ICM) staff in planning for climate change adaptation in relation to the many and varied operational activities delivered. The document builds on climate change related work that has been completed and/or is underway within Waikato Regional Council and will assist in further coordinating efforts internally.
