The top graph shows the average river level for each day over the past year. If you view less than five days at a time, you can see how the measurements change during the day. 

If you’re interested in the average river level in each month (absolute values) and how this compares to what normally occurs (monthly percentages), see the second graphic.

The last graph, lets you see how this year’s river levels compare with all previous measured years. The blue line represents the average so far this year, and the green line represents the average for all measured years on our record. If the blue line is below the green line, this means that this year is lower than normal. Conversely, if the green line is below the blue line, this means this year is higher than normal.
