Status of application

Waikato Regional Council are awaiting further information and assessment from Tuakau Proteins which was requested under s92 of the Resource Management Act (RMA).

Once WRC has received the required information it will begin processing the application, with the next key step being making a decision on whether the application will be notified.

Waikato Regional Council has received a resource consent application from Tuakau Proteins Ltd associated with its meat byproducts processing plant at Lapwood Rd, Tuakau.
